IF I had to share the coolest small businesses inspiring me to “keep swimming”!

It has been one of those massively busy periods! Work is loading and there is not much time left. But, I try to always find a moment to enhance my “keep swimming” mantra, catching inspiration wherever and whenever possible.

During these last months, I had the change to get to know small businesses, merely driven by passion, art, unconventionality and fuelled by determination- everything that encourages myself to keep swimming!

I collected a short list for you to explore, while hopefully giving voice to those mind-blowing talents:

  1. The Insights behind Catering Service

Studio Marion is a next level concept founded by chef Marion Ringborg which combines food, interior, art and lifestyle. Based in Stockholm, Marion is featuring brands and special events by offering a totally customised and aesthetically pleasant catering experience.

She believes that food can be a source of inspiration as “through food, you can inspire […] and through cooking you can connect the people you love.” Plus, she beautifully states that “through carefully designed table setting, you can also tell your story of growing up.”

2. The Art of Ceramics

Another talent out-there is Lalese Stamps, a female entrepreneur who stands out for perfectly shaping the handles of her ceramic mugs, while giving them fantastic forms such as spikes, parallel lines and multiple rings.

Her creations are beyond cool and are the result of an attentive and precise work. These mugs with their simplicity are an exceptional proof that the less is more!

3. Blooming and Dancing Flowers

From Australia with Talent!

At the rhythm of cool music, @SeptemberStudio, a florist studio based in Sydney, makes his own way into a saturated world, being able to create outstanding and mind-blo(o)wing flower bouquets. The studio declared to outsource the resources from both local and ethical growers which makes everything sustainable yet refined.

The delivered bouquets are extraordinary, beyond every expectation!

4. The New, Niche Club Worth the Joining

When thinking about clubs usually nerdy stuff may come to your mind, but not when talking about @elviraclub_, a 100% Made in Italy business aimed at designing and hand-crafting beautiful jewellery pieces.

You can choose the color, the shape, the material and detailing when deciding to customise your own necklace or earring.

Everything is well-curated from the materials to the techniques used and behind all these amazing creations, there is only a talent and her name is Giulia.

Giulia has this super power of satisfying any of your requests, coordinating style, inspiration and beautiful aesthetics.

Seeing is believing!

5. Between Cake Commissions and Blog Articles

According to me, there many types of talents. The type of talent I love exploring the most is the one capable of mixing and matching multiple passions. A striking example of what I am talking about is Sara Keene, adopted New Yorker with the urgency to write while baking cakes, bread or other delicacies for specific commissions!

Sara writes about life chronicles in New York City and accompanies every of her stories with yummy food bites or preparations as protagonists! Amazingly written pieces only IF you subscribe to her newsletter!

Encourage you to literally be devoured by her universe- enjoy 🙂 !

IF you like any of these small businesses, please further explore them trying to catch their willingness to keep being curios, passionate and creative while unexpectedly inspiring others!

In other words, KEEP SWIMMING (until next post!)
